I thought I would go ahead and blog this photo too since it is very rare to get her face from the front view. She is usually moving around so its hard to get a good photo sometimes. She is changing so much everyday.

Sept. 11

Here she is today wearing an outfit that her Great Grandma got for her. Isn't she cute! Too bad she spit up all over it this morning! Addison is one lucky girl to still have great grandparents around.

Sleeping in Crib!!!

Like I said earlier she loves to look at the windows. I thought this picture was especially cute since it looks like she is reaching for me! I love when she touches me with her little hands and arms.
YES! She slept in her crib Wednesday (the 10th) for 40 minutes! Right on! I checked on her every five minutes even with the baby monitor, but hey its my first one! I have the right to be extra paranoid.

Sept. 9

Waking up....and then listening to music. I asked the pediatrician what are some good stimultaing things to do with her at this age and she suggested just talking to her, playing music, lights, and colors. So everyday we do something to help stimulate her. She loves to just look at the windows when I open the blinds.

The Sweetest thing

Isn't this the sweetest thing ever?!?!? I am so in love with her....and more so everyday if that is even possible! Look at those sweet cheeks! Today I believe she smiled at me intentionally.

Crib Time

Yes, my girl has been sleeping in the bed with us...I know, I know. I thought I would never do that, but one has to get sleep too! However, Monday (the 8th) was the day we started trying daytime naps in her crib. As you can tell here she didn't like it too well! Addison has some lungs! She must've gotten those from her father.... ;) We will keep trying...stay tuned....

Please stop taking pictures of me....that is what this face means! This child has the camera in her face everyday. I love pictures and I think it is a wonderful way to remember special moments in time. This sure is a special moment in our lives. We are now officially a family thanks to our new addition. We have to capture every moment before it passes! Before long she will be telling me not to take her picture anymore!

Just hanging out with my baby girl on a lazy Sunday afternoon. She loves to lay on her side with her arm under her head as you can see in the picture below. I love her so much!

Sept 6

I got some house work done today! Yea! She hung out in her bouncer while I sweep, did laundry, picked up, and vacuumed...and she didn't wake up to the noise! That is probably because I ran the vacuum everyday when she was in the womb so it wasn't a strange noise to her! As you can see in the one photo she is sleeping with one eye open...and her is open mouth too! My poor child got that from me, the sleeping with her mouth open that is... :( But it does make good photo opportunities...as my Dad well knows!!! LOL... :) She likes to stare at the objects hanging from her bouncer. It is so cute to see her just look around...I wonder what she is thinking or even if she is thinking anything. I find her so miraculous.

Sept 5

My girl is growing! I was looking at her reminding myself to enjoy each and everyday because they grow up so fast. These past two weeks have flown by in a blink of an eye, but each day has gotten easier. Isn't she pretty in pink?!?!
