FIRST TRIM!!!!

Addison's bangs were driving me NUTS! So my friend went to cosmetology school and she trimmed them for me the other night at her house. It looks sooo much better!!! I am going to let the rest of it grow out, which for the record I did not trim any of it, just the bangs! Now she can see and I can see her beautiful eyes! 10/12

Isn't she adorable?!?! She looks like such a big girl to me here. My baby is GROWING up soooo fast! I miss the itty bitty stage....I do enjoy the perks like sleep now, but I do miss her being little and holding her in my arms.

Pumpkin Display

I thought she would go crazy over the pumpkins thinking they were 'balls', but the helicopter was more interesting looks like! We tried to get her to hold a baby pumpkin, but once again we were interfering with her amusement with the helicopter!

I so tried to get a pic of her with the pumpkin display, but she just won't stand still! So I decided I would just add this one anyway!

More Corn Maze

She was checking out everything! She is so curious.

She just soaks everything in that she sees.

This pic was taken in the big corn maze. The corn was so much taller and the patches were thicker! It was an awesome maze. The maze was written to spell 'Think Green' and had windmills.

We all had so much fun, but nothing beats seeing your child smile and be happy!

Fun Activities

Like I said, she was a little unsure at first. It was a little unstable under her feet, but her Daddy was trying to reassure her it was okay.

We had to try some of the games....as most of you know Paul and I are just big kids ourselves!

First Pumpkin Patch & Corn Maze

We all went to our first corn maze this last weekend. Paul and I made it through the 2 acre maze pretty good, but the 10 acre maze was a little tricky! Paul knew some things about keeping track of ones location like the trees that were at the entrance of the maze...I guess all that military training paid off because we made it out...finally! There was a pumpkin patch, several games and activities, haystack mazes, and even helicopter rides. Addison's favorite part was running through the corn maze and chasing the cats! Of course she was calling the barn cats 'dogs'! I guess she thinks since it has fur and four legs it is a dog!

She was a little unsure of the corn pool, but loosened up and started exploring. I have to say this child loves to go places and see things for sure.

For those of you wondering, she never tried to put any corn in her mouth either, believe it or not!

Bellybutton

I am mad because the shirt is in the way of me feeling my bellybutton!

Being outside has made her forget about her bellybutton...thankfully!

This child is obsessed with her bellybutton (it is so cute when she says bellybutton, by the way), balls and dogs. Whenever she sees something that is round like a ball she calls it a ball no matter what and if it has fur and four legs it is a dog!!! She makes me laugh!

She is so funny! She was wearing this bowl walking around the house jibber jabbing while I was cooking dinner.

Addison you keep Mommy entertained that is for sure!

Play Group

I took Addison last week to play group and she LOVED it! I was afraid she'd be mommified and wouldn't go play, but boy was I wrong! As soon as we got there she took off and didn't want nothing to do with me! She LOVED the slide! On my part it was nice chatting with the other moms. We are going to make an effort to go every week a couple times.
