Hot Summer Day

I just love this little guy so much! It is amazing how much love when can feel once we have children.

Okay, so I think it is time we pick up a new pool for this summer!!! It was soooo hot outside that day! Thankfully sis took her out to play so I got to run in and out to check on Mason! ;)

Lime

We made our yummy fish tacos one night. I have to say we cheated instead of frying fresh fish we used fishsticks, but however they were still good. Hayley is letting Addison try the lime...

Everyday Addison asks to go "swinggggggg pezzzz". Aunt Sissy even joined her in a little swinging herself. Too cute!

Addison was so tired she started falling asleep eating her lunch....this is not unusal for her!

Aunt Sissy & Mason

My sis, aka, Aunt Sissy holding Mason for the first time. I do believe this is her first time holding a little newborn. She was amazed at how small he was. I was so glad she got a few days away to come all this way to see Mason while he is still actually a newborn. They change so fast at this age.

When Addison woke up from her nap Aunt Sissy was here and boy was she excited! From that moment on she was on Aunt Sissy's hip--attached! All day she had been asking 'Where Aunt Sissy go?'. I waited until that morning to tell her that she was coming so I would not have to hear her asking for her for days.

At moments I cannot believe I have a son and a daughter! I feel so blessed to have these babies and a wonderful husband. It is amazing what you can do in 21 months and how much your life can change in such a short period of time.

Water Play

She could not wait to go out and play that day so Paul took her out after breakfast...notice the jammies. She just LOVES her water table. What a good buy!

I am so afraid that Mason is going to end up being a thumb sucker because he will suck on his hands quite often. Oh, well if he does he does. I just know breaking him of it will be much harder than breaking him of a paci.

I think we were asking her where Addison was and she was pointing at herself.

First Time Visiting

I try to capture as many of the 'firsts' as I can and here is a quick snapshot of both babies in the vehicle on our way out visiting some friends whose daughter just graduated high school and had a party. It was a success and Mason makes it so easy as long as I feed him every 2 hours or so he is quite content. It seems funny to have the backseat so full now...BUT we love it and would not have it any other way! Love these babies!

Swaddled

Swaddled...just the way he likes to be! Keep him fed, clean and swaddled and he is good to go! (~8 days old)
