Mommy's Day Out

My girlfriend Tammy and I decide to venture off to Osage Beach, about 50 minutes away, with the girls to do some shopping for the first time. No big deal, right?! Well, we no more get on the road and Alexis starts throwing up....all the way there! She gets motion sickness we believe. However, the first time we thought no big deal we each had an extra outfit, well, after the second clothes change we had to hit up Target to get the outfit you see on Alexis! Both of us had the same thought, oh one extra outfit will be fine because the other will have an extra outfit and it will be fine, no problem...sometimes things pop into your mind for a reason! However, the poor baby was fine as soon as we get there. Windy Missouri roads! The girls slept most the of the time in Target which was terrific because then we could get them some lunch. After they had full bellies all was well with the world! Funny how food is already such a comfort. We even gave the girls a little chocolate cake and ice cream for dessert! Spoiled babies already! 10 hours later we were TWO TIRED MOMS!!! We had so much fun and so many laughs, but we were EXHAUSTED having these two girls was a workout to say the least! Totally worth it all!

Busy Baby

....busy stacking the bowls one inside of the other! I need to find a toy to where she can stack things! She loves putting stuff inside of stuff for some reason. It is good that she realizes things are different sizes.

Drinking From a Straw

This day we went to drop of some stuff to Paul at work and have a quick little visit. As you can see Addison can drink really well from a straw now....not sure if I posted that already! Look at that little baby, she is such a big girl now!
