It was more emotional for me than I thought, but pregnancy hormones could have had something to do with it though. However, I am glad we got her hair shaped up a bit and her bangs trimmed. I am so proud of her!

Her bangs were the most difficult part I would have to say, but she still did not fuss. Here Michelle is trying to get her to look at her instead of her show.

FIRST HAIRCUT!!!!!!!

This is Addison FIRST REAL haircut! I took her to Cookie Cutters where they specialize in doing children's haircuts. I have to say, you can certainly tell because Michelle was awesome and the place is certainly setup for children with bright colors and an indoor slide. We got to pick which car she got to sit in (of course I picked the pink one! ;) ) and what cartoon she got to watch. YAY, they had Wonder Pets so she was happy!!! We also got a certificate with a lock of hair for her first hair cut and also a balloon with a cookie cutter attached! Love it!

She was not one bit scared nor did she pitch a fit that I was certainly prepared for! I could not believe how well she did! I thought it was going to be a horrible experience to be quiet honest. She does not sit still for long so I was sooo worried...obviously for no reason!

Got My Phone

This was right before her bath and I guess since she could she was putting my old cell phone on her hip inside her diaper. SO FUNNY!!! She sooo watches what we do! Love her so much!

The Girls at Play Video

It is so funny to see Addison and Alexis play together these days. They are actually really playing at times, along with taking away toys and always wanting what the other has no matter what that is. They certainly are becoming typical toddlers. It makes me a little sad to call her a toddler, but she will ALWAYS be my baby no matter how old she is.

Outside, Outiside, Outside

Addison asks EVERYDAY to go play 'outside, outside, outside...' or go 'swing, swing, swing'.... I love taking her out to play, BUT she HATES to come inside! I like to take her out in the mornings if its going to be an 80 degree day. Then she can come in and cool off before naptime. In the above pic she is saying "Bye Mom"! Love it!!!

BIG 29!!!

April 12th I turned 29! And boy do I have so much to be thankful for!!! Paul came home and surprised me with a cake that night. I say that night because he had to work the late shift that week. So at my surprise when he came home at 9pm he came in with this and sparlker candles! He loves me so!

We celebrated my birthday that Sunday by going to Springfield. I wanted to make the baby boy a bear at Build a Bear of some sort for his birthday just like I did with Addison (maybe I will post that pic again if I remember!). I made her a bunny and for him I chose a puppy. Addison helped as you can see. We all 3 made wishes to put in his tummy and Addison got to help make him.

Oh, no! She thinks the puppy is hers!
