There is the birthday girl! BIG #2! Aunt Tina did her hair to match her Yo Gabba dress my cousin Heather got her for her birthday....yes, pics to come of that also! ;)

I am so happy! What a GREAT day! I know without a doubt she had so much fun. She loved playing with all of the kids.... and snacking on M&M's. It was her day and what a great day it was. :) I am very pleased with it all and so glad some of her friends and cousins could make it to celebrate.

Getting it together...not complete, but almost. This year I decided to do less cooking, all Addison's favorites and all kid friendly foods. It was PERFECT! I also had the partly later this year, from 3pm-5pm, so it was between lunch and dinner. On the menu this year was pinwheels, PB&J sandwiches, chips, pretzels, fruit & veg trays, cocktail wieners, homemade fruit dip, deviled eggs, custom M&M's, pickle, cheese & pepperoni tray...I think that was it. Of course cake and ice cream! I did a Yo Gabba Gabba sheet cake and cupcakes in the shape of a 2...pics to come! I was so glad Paul's Mom and sister was there to help. Putting on parties really are hard these days with two babies so all of their help was greatly appreciated and it was so much fun! I hope they enjoyed it half as much as I did. I also must add I was way more laid back this year and relaxed. I wanted all the focus to be on her having a good time and she had a blast! She crashed hard that night.

They Made It!

The Friday night before Addison's birthday Nancy, Christina and the kids drove down that evening and made it about midnight. We were so glad they could make it for Addison's birthday!!!! Christina, Mason, Emma and Jayden :)

MGM 3 Months Old

It is hard to believe (as I always say) that here we are another month older when it feels like I just had him yesterday. Twelve weeks ago this little guy came into our lives! It seems as if he has always been with us. Funny how that works! In just that short amount of time he can now roll both ways, has found his hands, giggles, smiles, slowly grabbing things, sleeps in his crib, sleeps 8 hours at night, in size 3 diapers (yes, that is right! his big sis is in size 4's! at least it will be cool to just buy one size!), wearing 3-6 months clothes or 6 months (has been since 2 months), has a red tint to his hair with some curl to it, likes to watch tv, LOVES his big sister, thinks his big sister is funny, and is the happiest more cuddliest baby EVER!!! I love waking up to snuggling you beside me and seeing your smile first thing.

To my son, I want you to know that life has been pretty busy these days and all I want to do is just soak up every minute and just watch you all day long. Before I know it the day is gone and then the week right behind it. Each day you amaze me with your contentness and all of your smiles. I fell in love with you before you were even born, but once I held you in my arms you stole my heart....each and every day. We are so blessed to have you in our lives and love seeing you grow each and every day.
