Salute to My Navy Hero

Paul was selected out of 14,000 candidates were they selected only 15 USO Heroes who have done commendable jobs. It was an honor I know for him and a joy for me to be able to be there to see him awarded with such a huge award. Not many sailors can have this on their records. I always knew all along that he is a very hard worker and have always been proud of him, but this was so nice for others to actually take time to show their appreciation as well.
Good job Babe! I am proud of you as always! Hooray Seabee!

We just arrived to St. Louis at the Hyatt. We had a mini baby break. Addison stayed with the wonderful Oelke's over night. Thanks Oelke's we appreciate you guys so much!

The arch was right next to our hotel. They put us up as VIP's right next to the riverfront. The hotel staff made us feel very welcomed and appreciated. Nice!

We had a very yummy dinner and met some very nice people.

It has been awhile since the girls has had time to play and they were ALL over each other! It was so cute to see them play together. They actually had toys to each other and check out stuff together. 11/13

Relax Time

Look at her little sweet face...love her!

After the parade we were all tired. Paul was tired from his long walk and I was tired from chasing a one year old around and keeping her from running into the road! Boy, I cannot say how glad I was when that parade started!!!!

Parade

This guy was nuts! He almost fell over.

Melanie and Liam....what a sweet picture!

As soon as I got Addison in her seat she fussed for 30 seconds then fell fast asleep! She hadn't had a nap all day! She was exhausted by this point. Good thing she feel asleep because it took us 45 minutes to get home through all the traffic!

Happy Veteran's Day Parade

Gettin' in a little swing time before the parade.

We met the Oelke's and the Drapper's at the parade. Once the parade FINALLY reached us it was much better. All the kids were starting to get a little restless! It was a good time.

Paul was in it with the Navy students. They had quite a walk for the parade!

Addison waving her flag! I was trying to block the sun from her. It sure was sunny and nice that day....but now it has been raining ever since!
