My Mommy lighting my cake. :) Thanks Mom! It has been years since I have gotten to spend my birthday with any of my family so this was extra special for me this year to get to spend it with my Mom and Grandma.

I cannot believe I am 28 years old. I look back to my last birthday and Paul and I made a bunny rabbit for Addison (for her on her birthday) which just seems like yesterday! Now look at us a year later with our little Miss Grace who is such a blessing. I am one lucky girl! I have a great husband and a wonderfully perfect active little girl! What more could a girl ask for?! Three loving furry dogs too! Thanks everyone for the thoughtful birthday wishes.

Guess which basket is Paul's and which is Addison's! Paul was shocked that I did a basket for him...and even more shocked I got him shin guards for softball. Hope everyone had a Happy Easter! More pics to come, but I am a little behind. I am trying to get caught up before we leave on our trip tomorrow.

Here is a pic of my new hair cut. I got all of the angled front part cut out so it is pretty short right now. I will be glad when it is about 2 inches longer, but I do like with all of the short layers in the back.

My Easter Basket!

Easter baskets from my Mom for Addison and I. I had to throw this one in here because it was such a pretty picture. She has always made such beautiful baskets.

My Mom also made me a surprise Easter basket! How sweet! I felt so special. I loved getting my Easter baskets when I was little. My Mom always made them extra special and put all kinds of special things that I liked in them. This one was no different...it had all kinds of the things that I love plus more. Thanks Mom! It was beautiful.
