Alexis's 1st Birthday Party

Addison and Alexis are only like 21 days apart. We are neighbors down the street from each other. I met Tammy and Will while out walking like I did in my pregger days and come to find out she was preggers too! We have been hanging out ever since these two girls were in our tummies!

Swim Lessons

Addison had her first swim lessons last week (7/27). She did great! The very first day I dunked her under the water...TWICE! At first I thought oh, no I am NOT dunking MY baby under the water...then I thought about it and figured it was for a reason....so I did it and she didn't even cry! She held her breath! I think it tore me up more than it did her! By the third day she was jumping in the water...and LAUGHING! I am going to try to do lessons again next year. Too bad they end at the end of July and were totally booked all summer, but it was good water exploration for her and she literally slept like a baby! Woo-hoo!

Paul and his best friend Mike. They have been friends pretty much so ever since Paul joined the military!

Thanks again to Mike and Shannon and to the Yopp's for having us at their home and inviting us to the wedding. We enjoyed spending time with our very good friends that we have missed. Who knows maybe we all will end up back in MS together again!

Cool Toy!

Shannon's parents invited us back to their home and to swim and hang out. We got to play with this really cool retrieve toy for the dogs! Check it out!

Okay, I am scared of shooting gun like objects, but I really wanted to try this toy out until I saw big tall Mike drop it after using it! I gave in and tried it anyway and look I held on!!! That was pretty cool!



So Mike had to show that he could hold on to it! LOL! Good job Mike!

First Time Staying in a Motel

We went to Kentucky (7/24) to see some of our very close friends from VA and attend a wedding. Addison got to stay her very first time in a motel suite. She just had her breakfast now it is time to play!

11 Months Old

Here we are another month older and a month closer to the BIG ONE! I still cannot believe how fast it has gone by. We truly love her so much!

Some old and new facts about Addison:

-Says 'Mom' and 'Ma Ma' clear as day now! Yay! She says it all the time...love it!
-Says other words like ball, duck, Dada, Daddieee, dog, Na Na (eat)...
-Has 2 bottom teeth and 4 top teeth that are cut threw the gums just working down all the way
-Loves to put things in things, i.e. the laundry hamper
-Loves music and to dance
-Loves the dogs
-Busy, busy, busy! That she is!
-Loves the tupperware cabinet and to spread it all over the kitchen
-Enjoys splashing in water
-Very independent and has a strong will
-Blows kisses
-Hugs occasionally

Happy 11 months Addison Grace! You are such a bright and wonderful little girl!
