Addison's First Sugar Cookie

We made home made sugar cookies and Addison got to decorate hers right before bed. The look on my face is worry that she is going to pour the whole container of sugar on her cookie!

Addison woke up from her nap with a 103 degree fever out of the blue right before my Dad got here! She was great that day and never acted sick, but when I went in to her room to get her when she woke up I knew immediately something was not right with her. I took her to the doctor and it turned out just to be a virus and all is well now. Meds helped keep her fever down.
Above you can tell the medicine had kicked in and she was having fun playing with her Poppa. I love this pic!

It was so much fun to watch Addison opening her Aunt Sissy's gifts. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the one of her looking sideways to see what was underneath the wrapping paper! She loves to tear the paper into little pieces.

This was so funny.... Hayley put Addison in the tub for me and when I went in to clean her I noticed she still had on one sock in the tub!!! LOL. It was so funny! We laughed about that one for awhile. Somehow she lost one sock so when she put her in she didn't notice the other sock was still on her foot...however it was a funny moment.

I am not sure which one is sugar and which one is spice, but I do love these girls that is for sure! ;)
Hayley was such a big help with all my running around that I had to do. She got to hear the baby's heartbeat at my doctor visit! I am not sure who was more wore out at the end of the day, but we have fun no matter what we do together.

What We Do

When Hayley and I get together we always pamper each other. This time she totally pampered me with a pedicure and a massage! She always makes me feel special. Look at my Christmas trees she put on my toes! She did an awesome job!!!

16 1/2 Weeks Pregnant with #2

Here is my 16 1/2 week belly photo. I had my checkup today and everything was great! Heard the baby's heartbeat which sounds so amazing each and every time...it was nice because my sis got to hear it also since she was with me! I have gained 2 pounds in the last month so that is right on track, but I am sure will soon pick up since my cravings and appetite have kicked in! I really love cucumbers, oranges, bean & cheese burritos and ice sundaes!!! It is funny how I absolutely craved chocolate milkshakes with Addison and this one I want veggies and fruits! I could not hardly look at a vegetable in my first and second trimester with her! I still get sick occasionally, but much better than EVERYDAY! Energy would be great now-a-days, but hey, I can't complain as long as the baby is healthy!

We find out January 7 what the sex of this baby is....as long as the baby cooperates! I think I only get one ultrasound here so everyone cross your fingers for us! I will try to post a quick blog that day... if I can remember...I blame baby brain! ;)

Aunt Sissy!

Here is a pic of myself, Addison and my sister Hayley..aka Aunt Sissy...and Coco. It is not the most flattering, but the important part is that it is of us! We were so excited for Hayley to come and visit! She made sure she had the time off a bit ago and drove on up by herself...again! We loved having her here and enjoyed every minute! She was a big help to me also, considering I had a OB checkup and a dentist appointment during her visit. It sure was nice having family to rely on even if it was just for a few days! Thanks Sis for everything! Miss and Love you already!
