For Father's Day I surprised Paul with tickets to a show in Branson. Branson is a lot like Gatlinburg, TN. There are lots to do there. We just went for the day. Its about an hour and half-ish from our home here in Waynesville.
We got there and had lunch at the Uptown Cafe which was pretty cool on the inside and had good food. Addison likes their chicken...not a surprise, then we went the the Titanic Museum. It was a two hour self guided tour that was really cool. They even had an ice glacier which Paul and I thought was the coolest. Speaking of cool then we made a stop for ice cream then we were off to see our show, The Acrobats of China, which we all enjoyed. Paul knew we were doing something in Branson, but he did not know what show for sure until we got there...so I managed to pull a little surprise on him kind of! Addison loved the drums and she was so into the show it was kind of funny actually. She had a snack there and even took a short nap during it. I have to thank my sister-in-law for telling me to vacuum with her sleeping from the very beginning...this child will sleep through most anything! YAY! Then we had dinner afterwards at Landry's, which we learned table clothes and children do not mix! Then we headed home. It was a nice day and I think Paul enjoyed his surprise!
