Addison and I making diet coke cupcakes....oh, yeah that's right...DIET COKE cupcakes! Me and my mom love diet coke and I just came across this recipe so we had to try it. And they were EXCELLENT! You take chocolate cake mix and mix 12 oz of diet coke with it....nothing else! Bake it a little longer...fyi...they do have a little different texture, but are yum-o!
She loves to help in the kitchen and sit on the counter.

She didn't want to leave. We won't talk about the 2 yr old tantrum she threw when we had to leave...wowzers!
