I cannot tell you HOW much I LOVE these two!
Blessed I am!
He still is very babyish to me, but looking more and more like a big boy these days.
I must admit these monthly posts are much harder with two little ones, but I still try my best....even if they are a "little" late! The pictures are current at least! ;) I have SO many pics to blog so stay tuned!
My sweet, sweet baby boy is VERY active these and learning new things everyday. I cannot even keep up and I am sure to miss somethings. At this point he has 4 top teeth and 2 bottom teeth, he says Mamaaaaa, Dadaaaaa, Addieeeeee, Doggieee, Hi, Thank you, What's that, Nooooo, Yessss, Uh oh, Nuh uhhhh, Alleyyyyyyy....., he wears 12-18 months (more and more 18 months more for length than the waist), size 4 shoe, size 4 diaper, he loves to throw balls and things (such a boy!), he loves to ride things (even if not meant for riding! haha!), he loves to play in the dogs water bowl, loves ice cream, grapes, cucumbers, tomatoes, nutella, cereal w milk, still funny about meat, loves to get messy and make a mess (again a boy!), loves to climb on my back when I'm on the floor, actually loves to climb anything and everything (climbed much earlier than Addison did...way before a yr old actually), quiet attached to his blanket and binkie these days, if he sees you eating something he wants he will let you know it (actually he usually wants whatever you have no matter what), and he loves his big sister so! Addison LOVES to make her baby brother happy (there are still some toy snatching occasionally) and if he gets fussy still will try to comfort him by saying, "It's okay baby" "Mommy will get you" "Shushhh, shusshhh" or she will go get him his bink, blanket or sippy cup....she will even share her snack with him. Such a GREAT big sister! I LOVE seeing these two interact.
As always, I could go on and on about my sweet babies. Mason at this age is just amazing as his big sis. They learn so much and so fast...each and everyday. Right now we are working on shape sorters and chunky puzzles and he is doing pretty well. He loves to play with his race track and can put the cars down it now. He wants you to put them at the top of the track. He loves playing with the wooden blocks and will play forever with them. I'm looking for some bigger blocks for him since he loves them so plus they are good for their fine motor skills. He will walk around with a brush, brushing his hair. He LOVES to get into the toilet if possible, it's like his radar goes off when somone leave the bathroom door open. I never had that issue with Addison when she was his age, but this boy will go for the toilet everytime!!! Some of his other favorites are his cars (vroooom, vrooom he says!), he likes to make a mess in Addison's room and climb on whatever he can, he likes his farm house door, loves making a mess of the kitchen... These are some of the things that come to the top of my mind at the moment.
To my sweet, sweet baby boy,
Oh, dear son, how you are everything Mommy dreamed of when she dreamed of a son! You are SO handsome and darn cute! Your blonde hair, loving baby hands, sweet smile and precious eyes melt my heart! You talk so cute and are saying so much these days....you say more two word sentences than your big sis did at this time....I can't even keep up and name everything. You are pure boy at times, because you are rough too...you like to hit, climb and rough play...as well as grunt...wonder who taught you that?! ;) Our dear second born, you have added some much to our little family. I love our late night snuggles and trying to steal those greedy kisses that you mostly keep for your Daddy. Oh, such a Daddy's boy I must mention! If you see him, he must pick you up immediately! But I know deep down you are a sweet Mama's boy! ;) How we love you so, son!!!!
With all my love and kisses as always,
Mommy :)
